At NeKKts Step Homes, our mission is to provide young adults with supportive homes, a safe environment, and lasting solutions to increase self-sufficiency and independence.

To be considered as an upcoming resident, the youth must be within six months of their 18th birthday and actively participating in the ILS program according to their county guidelines.
Any opened DJJ case/s or pending charges must be disclosed and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis for eligibility.
• Females aged 18-23 • Must meet eligibility set by the Independent Living Service Program (ILS) • Actively enrolled in school and/or currently employed • Must be transiting from foster care to Extended Foster Care Program (EFC)

NeKKts Step Transitional Home (NSTH) is committed to training young adults in learning applicable life skills to become more self-sufficient and resilient. The structured and positive environment along with strong support services will be an integral part of their personal and professional life.
